We love when photographers…
…send as many of their favorite images as possible.(Prefer 10 or more)
… send us their final images as soon within a week of the shoot.
… send us hi-res, full-frame images we can use in a variety of ways.

Technical Guidelines
- Ensure camera settings allow for high-resolution images.
Digital images can be saved as .PSD, .JPG, .PDF formats at 300 DPI (RGB mode for color). - Please do not send raw files.
- Final images will be sized to 20” x 24” and 20” x 20” for exhibits and potentially much larger for banners, billboards, etc. Please be cognizant of your image sizes when saving digital files, as cropping may be needed.
- Full-frame shots are preferred.
- Images can be sent to us through your favorite share site or through the Heart Gallery’s Dropbox account. An invite will be sent to you following the shoot.
- We encourage you to share as many images as possible, we may use up to 10 different images and love to show the various expressions and compositions.
- To maintain the professional quality and to best reflect the child, please do not use: heavy Photoshop filters, collages, panoramic formats, seasonal props, or borders of any kind.
- A photo editor will be selecting the final images for the exhibits from the images you provide. Feel free to rank your selections, but please provide as much of a variety as possible.
- Your photo will be credited whenever possible using the information you provided in the participation form.
- Please ensure the Heart Gallery is in receipt of images within one week of the photo session.
